Attend an educational workshop
Our workshops are aimed to equip you as caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed for your child's first year of life. Individuals must be 34 weeks pregnant or have a child under 12 months old.

Get FREE supplies
After the workshop, you'll receive a free car seat OR a pack and play, plus other vital supplies for infants and caregivers, helping to alleviate the financial burden on new families.
*Must be present to obtain supplies
Please note: Car seats and Pack N' Plays are one per child, per household, per yearly cycle. Hygiene supplies for family and baby are available to request once a month. If you are only in need of hygiene supplies, you can join us on Tuesdays from 5:00pm - 6:00pm to request essential items.

Workshop Details

Infant Vitality
This hands-on session equips new parents/individuals with life-saving knowledge on safe sleep practices and infant care.
Participants receive lactation support, doula referrals, and access to essential resources such as a free crib, car
seat, and CPR/First Aid certification to build confidence and security in caring for their newborn.
Other Resources available: Caregiver/Parent Support, Life Skills, Housing, Employment Pathway, and Emotional IQ
